VECTOBAL is a Majorcan company dedicated to vector control and integrated pest management: insect control, rodent control and environmental disinfection, phytosanitary treatments, as well as the prevention and control of legionellosis.
At VECTOBAL, we are aware that quality, environmental control and occupational health and safety in the services we provide are a key factor in our development and continuity. We therefore assume responsibility for defining, implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management Policy for quality, the environment and occupational health and safety that meets the needs and expectations of our customers. This system and policy has been certified in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001 and UNE-EN ISO 45001 standards.
This policy is based on the following points:
- To offer a service with unique and reliable features, rigorously monitoring the work carried out.
- Fulfilling our commitment to protecting and improving the environment by always offering the best service: fast and efficient.
- Comply with legal requirements and other requirements that apply to us, as well as take into account customer requirements and customer property, such as personal data (LOPD).
- Continuously review the systems, methods and procedures used in the provision of its services, in order to optimise its results and prevent pollution in any form, adopting the best available techniques.
- Comply with a working methodology (monitoring) to minimise the use of chemical products.
- Minimise the consumption of natural resources and substances, reducing it to the minimum required without affecting our commitment to maximum quality and service.
- Progressively reduce waste generation; waste that is difficult to reduce will be deposited in appropriate locations for recycling or proper treatment by an authorised external waste management company.
- Continuously update this policy and the objectives and targets of our integrated quality and environmental management system.
- Provide adequate training and awareness-raising for our own staff, promoting the development of this policy, respect for the environment and ensuring the health and safety of our workers.
- Involve our suppliers and subcontractors both in adopting environmental standards and in complying with the requirements of our integrated quality and environmental management system.
- Reducing risks and hazards for workers to improve occupational safety and health.
- Encourage consultation and participation among employees.
- Continuously improve the integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
This policy is available to any person or organisation that requests it.
